Who knew you could take a zucchini and make “Zoodles”? My new favorite thing and healthy to boot.
I sliced some up and prepared them just like noodles. Then paired them with a portion of the 5 pounds of meatballs I made yesterday and I’m eating like a king!
Thanks to my wife for the Zoodle Slicer kitchen tool that she got me for Xmas to make it all happen.
I’m back doing another Whole30 and this little tool has been a great addition this time around!
